I understand my testimonial as outlined above or in the video recorded of me (the “Testimonial”) and made on behalf of Digger Specialties, Inc. (hereinafter called “DSI”) may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting DSI. I authorize DSI to use my name, brief biographical information, and the Testimonial as defined on this form or by me in this video.
I hereby irrevocably authorize DSI to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Testimonial for purposes of publicizing DSI products or for any other lawful purpose. These statements may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites social media or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against DSI for the use of the statement.
In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy or edited video wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears.
I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and I have full legal capacity and right to execute this release. I have read this release before submitting below and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.

I agree that the images/videos may be combined with other images/videos, text, and graphics and cropped, altered, or modified. I agree to save and hold harmless Digger Specialties, Inc. and/or their advertising representatives and agents from any dispute arising related to use or ownership of any photographs and/or videos submitted. I further release Digger Specialties, Inc. and/or their advertising representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever that arises from its lawful use of the photographs and/or videos submitted. By submitting photographs and/or videos, I am guaranteeing that I am the person that took the photographs and/or videos submitted, have full rights to the photographs and/or videos, or have written consent from the photographer or videographer to submit the photographs and/or videos.
