I agree to save and hold harmless Digger Specialties, Inc. and/or their advertising representatives and agents from any dispute arising related to use or ownership of any photographs and/or videos submitted. I further release Digger Specialties, Inc. and/or their advertising representatives and agents from any liability whatsoever that arises from its lawful use of the photographs and/or videos submitted. By submitting photographs and/or videos, I am guaranteeing that I am the person that took the photographs and/or videos submitted, have full rights to the photographs and/or videos, or have written consent from the photographer or videographer to submit the photographs and/or videos.
