Loren “Digger” Graber

In 1984, Digger established Digger Specialties, Inc. as a vinyl fence manufacturer and a manufacturer of other related maintenance-free products. Digger has led the efforts to create new and innovative products for DSI.

Lawrence Boyts

Larry has been in the Building Product and Fencing industries since 1984.  He is leading DSI with a team of great people helping customers create value-added products and customer profits. Larry, a graduate of John Brown University, has held positions of Director of Marketing and Sales Manager prior to being named Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2005.

Chad Weldy

Chad brings over 13 years of production and operations experience to Digger Specialties, Inc. Chad began at DSI in January of 2011 as Inside Sales Support Manager. He served in that capacity until his promotion to Vice President of Operations.

Chad has attended business courses at the University of Notre Dame’s School of Business and the American Management Association as well receiving training in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Tim Stichter

Tim joined the DSI team in 2001 as the Accounting Manager. In 2005 he was promoted to Controller and held that position until becoming CFO in 2017. Tim holds an undergraduate degree from Hesston College and Indiana University South Bend and a Master’s Degree in administration from Grace College. Prior to joining DSI, Tim gained valuable experience from seven years of work in the RV and boat manufacturing industries. Tim also brings five years of administrative experience from a non-profit organization.
